For more than one billion years, the Universe has been protected from evil by the group of beings
known as Sailor Senshi. Now, on the birthworld of that glorious race, there is a celebration of
one billion years commencing which carries an open invitation to all Senshi in the entire
Universe. It is a gala event which draws Senshi from across the cosmos. Sailor Galaxia extends
that invitation to Earth, and welcomes the Eight Sailor Scouts ( Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury,
Sailor Venus, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Pluto) to
Alpha Senshi to take part in this ceremony. But far out in the depths of unknown space, a threat
arises. One that is far more powerful than the Negaverse, and one that is slowly spreading its
evil across the stars. He seeks to extinguish the light that has illuminated the Universe since
the fall of Chaos. His targets are Galaxia and Sailor Moon, and he’ll willingly go through any
obstacle to destroy the two strongest Senshi. Can even the combined might of every Sailor Scout
in the Universe be enough to stop the crushing might of Cold Star? Or is the Universe doomed to a
